All homes within Thrive Again Solution's Shared Housing Program are drug-free and alcohol free. Our no drug and alcohol policy promotes community focused environments designed to support respect amongst all residents.

Monthly housing fees typically include:

* Furnished or Semi-Furnished Rooms

* Private & Semi-Private Bedrooms

* Utilities (Electricity and Water)

* High-speed Wi-Fi Internet Service

* Access to Shared Common Living Spaces

* Quiet Residential Settings

* Stable, Supportive, and Respectful Environment

Yes, residents must have a verifiable source of income such as:

* Employment

* Social Security Insurance (SSI)

* Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI)

* Veterans' Benefits

* Retirement Income

* Or other Approved Sssistance Programs.

Monthly housing costs vary by location, room type, amenities, and availability. At Thrive Again Solutions, monthly fees start at $790 per/ month for shared housing and roommate-style living arrangements.

Our Shared Housing Program is located in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Brevard, Volusia, Polk, Marion, and Pasco Counties in Central Florida. We also have a network of Independent Living Facilities with locations in 41 states nationwide.

No, Thrive Again Solutions does not provide medical care, assisted living services, or personal care assistance to residents.

All residents in the Shared Housing Program must be able to manage the following requirements:
